Situated on the South Shore in Blackpool, our bed and breakfast accommodation is  just 2 minutes walk from golden sandy beaches, the Pleasure Beach complex, South Pier, G Casino and the Sandcastle Water Park, the UK’s largest indoor Water Park.

Tram and Bus stops are within walking distance, which will take you to the Town Centre and beyond. Blackpool Airport is also only a 10-minute drive away making us convenient for an overnight stop before travelling to overseas destinations.

Our Guest House has large spacious bedrooms decorated to a high standard with central heating for your comfort, colour TV and hospitality trays. All bedrooms also benefit from en suite facilities. A ramped entrance, with an extra large, ground floor bedroom, which will be suitable for any guests with poor mobility.

Guest accommodation also comprises – Lounge with comfortable seating, games and books for the younger guest, TV/DVD player, tea/coffee facilities and a south facing decking area creating a homely atmosphere attracting many families and couples.

Wireless internet access is also available on request. A car park at the rear of the building is free to all guests.
